Document your life

Documenting your life has to be one of the most vital things in your life. Think of all those times you've had good - or bad - memories, you want to remember them in detail right? Well that is exactly what a diary allows you to do. It also helps you focus on what't most important to you and reflect on your day and how to change yourself for the better. You should write one no matter how fun or productive or interesting your day has been. For example, if your day was good, you will be able to remember what was good about it and write it down, leading to you doing the same things on other days to, for example, make they more productive or fun. If you had a bad day, you can write down that your day was bad and *why* it was bad. This will stop ypou making these mistakes again in the future. If you really commit to this (I have been struggling), by writing down what happened in your day every evening before bed, or the next morning (evenings are better), you will find that your days will be better and you will lead a more interesting life.
